You may cancel or reschedule in the Account panel or by email at [email protected].
Nature of the service
Services provided through the Service are psychotherapeutic and psychological in nature. They do not constitute medical services within the meaning of the Polish Act on Medical Activity, unless a given Therapist holds separate qualifications and provides them on their own account.
Psychotherapy does not replace a visit to a psychiatrist and does not include prescribing medication. When the situation requires it, the Therapist may recommend a psychiatric consultation.
All Therapists cooperating with us have completed psychotherapy training, work under supervision and follow a code of ethics.
Therapists are bound by professional secrecy. Information shared during sessions is confidential, subject to exceptions required by law (immediate threat to life or health).
User obligations
The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with its purpose, these Terms and applicable law. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Providing false personal data.
- Sharing login credentials with other people.
- Recording therapy sessions without the Therapist’s explicit consent.
- Using the Service in a way that infringes third-party rights or good practice.
- Taking actions that disrupt the operation of the Service.
Provider liability
We make every effort to keep the Service stable and uninterrupted. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability and are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.
We are not liable for the effects of therapy sessions. The decision to start and continue psychotherapy is the Patient’s individual choice.
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the payment processor (Stripe), hosting providers, Internet providers or the Google Meet service.
Intellectual property
All content in the Service (texts, graphics, illustrations, logo, page layout) is owned by the Provider and protected by copyright. Copying or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day it was concluded, without giving a reason. You may submit a statement to [email protected].
This right does not apply if the therapy session was fully performed before the withdrawal period expired, and the Patient consented to starting the service and was informed about losing the right of withdrawal (Art. 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
Upon a valid withdrawal we refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving the statement, to the original payment method.
Complaints
Please send complaints to: [email protected]. Include your full name, email address, a description of the issue and the resolution you expect.
We will consider the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. We will notify you of the outcome by email.
As a consumer you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution via the European Commission’s ODR platform.
Final provisions
Details on personal data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms for important reasons (changes in law, scope of services or technology). We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days’ notice, by email or a notice in the Service.
Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Rights Act, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means and the GDPR.
