About youth therapy

A safe space for teenagers

Adolescence is a time of intense emotional, social and physical changes. Teenagers struggle with academic pressure, peers, social media and family expectations. Therapy gives them a space where they can speak openly, without fear of judgment.

Our therapists specialize in working with youth and understand their world. We help build confidence, manage emotions, improve family relationships and develop healthy strategies for the future, both in-person and online.

You don't have to cope alone

Adolescence is a natural time of challenges. Professional support helps navigate difficulties and build foundations for a healthy adult life. The first step is a conversation; the rest comes with time.

Our approach

Therapy tailored to you

Confidentiality & trust

What you say in session stays between you and the therapist. Parents receive information about general progress, but conversation details are confidential. Your privacy is our priority.

No pressure, at your own pace

We don't force you to talk about things you're not ready for. The therapist builds the relationship gradually, adapting pace to your needs. Every session is a step forward, even if it's small.

Teenagers don't need us to have all the answers. They need us to be present and listen without judgment.

Youth therapy is specialized psychological support for teenagers (13-18 years). The therapist works with the young person on understanding emotions, coping with stress, peer pressure and adolescent challenges, in a safe, confidential space.
Ideally, the teenager expresses willingness themselves. However, many young people are initially skeptical, and that's normal. The therapist can build rapport and trust even with a reluctant teen. The first session is non-committal and often changes attitudes.
Confidentiality is crucial in youth therapy: the teenager must feel they can speak openly. The therapist informs parents about general progress and direction, but conversation details remain confidential unless there is a safety concern.
Youth therapy sessions start from 200 PLN for a 50-minute session. Session frequency is determined individually, usually once a week. Current pricing is available on the therapist's profile.
Yes, youth therapy works excellently online: teenagers often feel more comfortable in their own room than in an office. Sessions take place via Google Meet and are equally effective as in-person meetings.
The first session is an introductory conversation in which the therapist gets to know the teenager, their needs and expectations. There's no pressure to immediately discuss the most difficult topics. The goal is building trust and determining what to work on together.
