In my psychotherapeutic work, I place particular importance on an authentic and open relationship, as well as on being attentive to what is happening in the patient’s life. I believe that psychotherapy is a space where one can safely examine their emotions, relationships, and ways of coping with difficulties—including those that have seemed inevitable for years.
I work within the psychodynamic approach. In therapy, we explore not only what the client is currently experiencing, but also the origins of their difficulties and how recurring patterns affect their daily life and relationships with others. An important part of my work is building a therapeutic relationship based on trust and gradually getting to the root of the difficulties you’re experiencing.
I am particularly drawn to working with people experiencing low mood, anxiety, chronic stress, relationship difficulties, and the consequences of trauma and difficult past experiences.
